Validity of Ukrainian Certificates

All Ukrainian Certificates of Competency (CoC) and Certificates of Proficiency (CoP) of seafarers, who are currently ONBOARD, that expired on or after the 1st of March 2020 and cannot be renewed due to exceptional circumstances, are automatically extended until the 31st of December 2022 from the date of expiry. For the said certificates to be valid, the flag state of the vessel should recognise also the letter issued by the government of Ukraine. Source: Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
