The Website is based on a FREEMIUM model and offers a number of its functions FOR FREE. There is also a PREMIUM package, offering online products and services for sale. The Website does not handle payments for these products directly, but rather refers these payments to a secure third-party payment processor which handles all aspects of the payment process. Once we have been notified by the payment processor that a payment has been made, access will be automatically granted to the online product or service being purchased as soon as possible, however we make no guarantees of timeliness or immediacy.
By purchasing any premium services on the Website the user agrees with the following: the Website provides numerous online job-search and crew-selection services. It does not guarantee employment and does not take part in the employment process. Any queries regarding the employment process should be addressed to the employer who provides vacancies or to the CV-holder directly.
The user agrees to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our Website. The user agrees to promptly update his account and other information, including his/her email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete his/her transactions and contact him/her as needed.

Refund Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchased subscription, please submit your claim at hello@justseafarers.com within 7 days after we activate your service. We will thoroughly examine your case and conclude whether or not you are entitled to a complete or partial refund, which will be made during the following 10 working days. Refunds are to be made the same way as the payment was done.
