– Register on the JUSTSEAFARERS website and select the “I AM AN EMPLOYER” checkbox.
– Build your company’s profile by providing detailed information in all the recommended boxes.
– Choose the membership option (free or premium) that meets your needs.
– Start posting jobs, finding applicants who meet your criteria, or accessing CVs for each position posted on the website.
